Swap Guidelines
- Hexagons are 1" sided when finished.
- Tacked templates are to be left in.
- Send two (2) finished hexagon flowers to your nominated partner per month. It is up to you how many you send to your partner. Some people only prefer to send one (1). You may want to include a little gift or postcard with your monthly hexie. It is not compulsory or expected.
- Each member is allocated a letter code on the swap roster. This is how you will be identified. The rosters will be sent monthly.
- Please e-mail your partner when you have sent and received your hexies. Communication is very important.
- The blog is also a good way to communicate. Keep your partner posted on all activity. Always post to this blog when you have sent your flowers and when you have received your partners flowers. We all love to see pictures of your work, so please post a picture.

- Updated lists will be sent out in Word doc or PDF format. Please discard old lists.
- If you wish to resign from the swap, please give me one months notice and finish your hexie for your partner for the current month.
- Please send me any changes to mailing address, e-mails and preferences so I can update lists.
- Enjoy making your flowers and don't forget to write your name on the back of them.
